Garlic-Rosemary Ranch Chicken
If you’re looking for a meal that’s rich in flavor and melt-in-your-mouth tender, this rosemary ranch chicken is a must-try. It’s juicy, savory, and even the fussiest eaters won’t be able to resist asking for seconds. The dish includes a generous amount of garlic—40 cloves, in fact—but don’t worry! The garlic becomes soft, mild, and slightly sweet after roasting. It adds a subtle richness rather than an overwhelming punch. You can enjoy the garlic cloves on their own or smear them on bread or chicken like a creamy spread. They’re that good—like little bites of roasted heaven.
Vegetarian Pho With Depth
A few years back, I tested a vegetarian pho that didn’t quite hit the mark—it was too light and missed that comforting richness. For this take, I made sure to sauté the mushrooms first, which brings out their umami and gives the broth a lovely depth. I also used both water and vegetable stock to let the warm spices—cinnamon, star anise, ginger, and clove—shine through. You might want to season gradually as you go to keep the flavor balanced.
For a more classic, robust broth, consider charring your onions and ginger before adding them in. It takes about 20 extra minutes, but it’s worth it for that authentic pho essence. This quick and tasty version is perfect when you’re craving something cozy and flavorful at home.
